Our Team
Mackenzie Bynum, RN
Mackenzie Bynum is the founder and owner of VEIN Hydration Lounge + Aesthetics. She received her nursing degree at Pensacola State College, where she went on to work in step-down critical care. She developed a passion for oncology after working in an in-patient oncology wing. She soon went on to work in the outpatient setting, where she was introduced to chemotherapy administration. Fueled to offer her patients the best possible care, she obtained her OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse). She continued to master her skills in IV administration.
Jere Thompson, FNP-C
Jere is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in cosmetic injectables. She received her undergraduate degree from NSU and in 2011 graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a FNP. After 12 years in private practice caring for patients with complex health issues, Jere decided to expand her knowledge and in 2023 became a certified injector. She is excited to help her patients look and feel their best!
When she isn’t working, Jere embraces the excitement and chaos of motherhood to her two children. Jere and her husband of nearly 17 years live in Benton and enjoy family time on the lake. In her spare time, Jere also enjoys traveling and serving her community.
Katie Martinez, LE
Katie has been a licensed esthetician since 2011. She is a wife, mom of 2, and lover of all things skin related. Her passion is helping her clients achieve healthy, glowing skin with medical-grade skincare products and treatments. She is a certified ZO Skin Health Expert and HydraFacial Certified!
Brian Crenshaw, MD.
Dr. Brian Crenshaw graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and in 2005 with an M.S. degree in Toxicology. In 2010, he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the LSU Health Science Center before performing his 4-year residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center. As a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Louisiana Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Crenshaw stays on top of modern medical discoveries and demonstrates an immense passion for his patients and their well-being.
